Lisa acted in the sale of my investment property initially starting with phone calls then email communication before finally meeting in person. Lisa has presented at all times in a personal and professional manner. All communications were returned promptly even after hours. The sale was particularly difficult dealing with third parties acting for the out of state buyer. It was satisfying to find Lisa has a good grasp of real estate intricacy involving contract wording and general knowledge.

Lindsay did a good job getting a contract and put in the extra effort to find a new rental property for my tenant, as vacant possession was a condition of the contract. A couple things not quite so good, we didn't quite reach the lowest price of his market appraisal and there was a small mix up in price.
