Outstanding agent
Our experience with Kate was exceptional. She is honest, up front and very hard working. We sold our property while absent and Kate was only too willing to arrange cleaners, carpets cleaning and other matters to prepare the house for sale. She was in regular contact with us regarding inspections, buyer feedback and contracts and it is evident she has an in depth knowledge of the Capricorn Coast real estate market. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Kate again to either sell or buy another property.

Great sales experience
I’ve recently sold a property with Debbie Lodwick at Ray White Yeppoon and I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough.
