Troy helped me buy two properties both prior to them being listed on the market and I never got to inspect them as i live in NSW. At the time Troy had a knee replacement and was on crutches, this did not slow him down as he took videos for me and spent so much time at the properties with even setting up his phone on the dash cam to show me how close the property was to the beach. I have family and friends buying in Yeppoon and even if the properties are not with his agency we still run the property past him and he even will go and look at the open homes for them as they are interstate. I would not buy or sell a property in the area without running the proposal past him. His expertise, honestly and the easiest and nicest guy you will come across is invaluable. I cannot wait to meet Troy in person and buy him a beer.
