Lisa was absolutely amazing in assisting us buying our investment property in Yeppoon.
Lisa was incredible in not only helping us with our purchase in Yeppon but also with her advice, knowledge and recommendations of what the area brings to it's residents and property owners. Lisa took great time in educating us about the property market and was very supportive from the beginning when discussing several other possible purchase opportunities. From her live face time stream and house tour to the numerous phone calls in keeping us in the loop through out the whole process, it was very much appreciated and considered well above and beyond our previous experiences with other agents. Lisa made the whole process exciting with her honestly, humour and passion. We owe so many thanks to Lisa :)

A pleasure to work with!
Lisa was very approachable from the start, naturally kind but determined in nature, she was always happy to answer my multitude of questions along the way as a first time seller. Despite a couple of hurdles, Lisa kept regular communication and was open to suggest different avenues should we need. She worked within our schedules and worked to get us a positive outcome. An exceptional agent!
Being first time home buyers can be a nerve-wracking enough, throw in travel bans, and closed borders, and one would make think twice about buying. Well, that would have been the case if we didn’t have Kate as our agent. She worked tirelessly for both the seller and the buyer(us) was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and guided us through the process with s the perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism. Absolutey Fabulous!
My apartment was listed with another Agent for what seems like an eternity and nothing happened, as soon as I changed to Claudia at Yeppoon Real Estate, I was immediately getting enquiries. Claudia clearly worked hard to get interest in the property and chased every lead. Her and her team worked well with my property manager and made sure to take care with the tenant. I am very happy with the professional service I received and would definitley recommend them to anyone in the area.
