Five Stars for Debbie
We have know Debbie for over 20 years and have often sought her advice on the state of the local real estate market. Debbie's advice has always been honest and accurate. So recently when we decided to buy a local investment property we sought Debbie's advice once more. After listening to our 'wish list' Debbie recommended several properties. However, it was the very first property that 'hit the mark' and we acted promptly to purchase. As is the case with real estate transactions there were some minor hiccups (i.e. bank financing documentation, pre-purchase building inspections, etc) prior to settlement. Debbie's very clear communication reduced the stress and anxiety of the settlement process greatly and she successfully negotiated with the vendor to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. We would definitely recommend Debbie as a thoroughly professional real estate agent who seeks to achieve good outcomes for her clients.
