High standard of knowledge and extremely customer orientated.
Kate accepted my first phonecall of interest at a very early hour of the morning without any hesitation - way before her starting time. Kate has showed compassion to both seller and buyer at all times. I believe it would have been a challenging experience at times during this transaction - again with both parties. She dealt with it all professionally while keeping a smile on her face at all times. A great human who will go a long way with her attitude to selling.

Kate is very professional, genuine and was very helpful with our purchase
Kate was fantastic from the day we met her. She really was so helpful with everything, she will go out of her way to help you. She is very honest and not pushy in anyway. I always found her easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble even coming back after hours to show my husband around the house (we just bought from Kate) as he is a shift worker and couldn't make the open house. We really did appreciated that. Thank you Kate !!!! We love our new home
