Once Lindsay was aware of exactly what we were looking for, he made a phone call and arranged an inspection for the house we bought that wasnt even listed yet. We made an offer and signed a contract the same day. Lindsay recommended inspectors for the Building and Pest Report and local conveyancers. He offered us 30 days free home insurance on the house. He arranged a 2nd look at the house before we headed back to Brisbane. When it came to confirming that issues identified in the inspections had been rectified, he suggested to give him a Facetime call so he could show me all the rectifications. He could not have done anymore for us!

It was a very drawn out settlement with numerous delays but Debbie was very helpful in liaising between myself and the sellers. She was very accommodating with arranging viewing times and answering all my questions along the way. The complimentary insurance during the settlement period and the house warming gift were also very appreciated touches. My only disappointment was that the house was not left in a cleaner state. Overall, I was quite pleased with Debbie and Raywhite's services.
