The sale of Marina Av was long and challenging. Lindsay remained positive and committed to selling the property throughout. There were sensitive issues between buyers and tenants that Lindsay handled with respect and professionalism which finally ended with a sale. Debbie did an amazing job selling our house , with very difficult tenants to deal with as well. After 3-5 years she trying to sell she came in , had the first offer within 4 weeks. That fell thru so she chased other interested parties and had another offer a week later that she had to wheel and deal with until hand over day. The time and effort she put in I cannot thank her enough. So much more than other agents who had tried in the past. We didn't get what we were looking for , but that had to do with the market not Debbie. I will recommend her to anyone , lovely to deal with and the hardest working agent I have met. Thanks Deb , you were all and more of what we needed.
