Because we lived quite a distance from our new purchase we could always ring Leisa and ask her questions on things we were not sure about and she was always willing to help us. Lindsay said all the right things to get the listing and then became lazy and complacent. Communication was poor. On a number of occasions he didn't let us know how open homes went and some weekends failed to let us know that he wasn't conducting an open inspection. The only marketing strategy he used was a severe reduction in price.
