David sold 3 Mayoh Pl far faster than we expected, and for a better price than we had hoped for. From the first appraisal it was clear he knew the local market properly - he priced the property realistically rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear, and the campaign was set up well from day one. Communication was excellent the whole way through. We always knew where things were at and never had to chase him for an update, which made a big difference to how stress-free the process felt. When it came to negotiating he was calm, confident and firm, and got us a result above our expectations. Professional, straightforward and genuinely good to deal with. We would happily recommend David to anyone thinking of selling in the area.
