David and his team helped us achieve a result much greater than anticipated, there local market knowledge and professionalism made the sale seamless, they handled everything from preparing the property for sale cleaning left behind waste from previous tenants getting lawns done, very helpful when you are located 5 hours away. we never had to drive down once all corresponded was via phone or email, we followed David advise about when to list the property and it sold in 4 days, we have been involved in quite a few property sales and Ray White Young have been by far the most enjoyable and obtained the best and quickest result and would differently be using them again when purchasing in the area..
