Mountain Creek Realty managed our investment property and subsequently were appointed as selling agents. Beth had sold another property for us about four years ago so we had confidence that the sale process was in good hands. The sale of 11 Pimelea Court was not as quick as we had expected and did not achieve the expected sale price initially indicated. However we believe Beth did everything possible to facilitate the sale of the property considering the changed circumstances within the market at that time. We were advised of updates as they happended and further communication and advice was always available in a prompt and helpful manner. We would recommend Beth and Mountain Creek Realty for any property management or sale transactions around this area of the Sunshine Coast.

Due to the unexpected need to sell my property, I was fortunate to be introduced to Beth Macaulay from Mountain Creek Realty. After speaking with numerous Real Estate companies I found them to be more interested in getting a quick sale and notoriety for company & agent. These companies, none of which gave me sound advice and not at all working for my benefit. The advertising plans offered were again at my cost and very expensive with little gain left for me if a successful sale was to happen. However, when talking to Beth she listened to my situation with empathy & understanding that i needed the property sold quickly with the best possible price. Beth was comfortable to list the property at the price requested. Both Beth & James worked tirelessly to achieve this. Beth's no nonsense approach for the best outcome for her vendors is to be applauded. Mt Creek Realty listed my property which sold in 90 days , this included the Xmas period where there was no opens.
