Most appreciative of Gavin's professionalism during a property purchase for us in Tweed Heads. His level of communication was welcomed as I was kept informed of the progress of negotiations and contractual matters regularly. As a property investor I have dealt with many many agents over a number of years and I can honestly say Gavin is up there with the best of them no doubt. Because of your regular 'touch base' phone calls, messages and emails , we were always up to date with progress throughout the selling process. The Difference Between A Good RE Agent and Not So Good!
If your sellling or buying real estate one needs to know where one stands. Being able to manage succcesful outcomes between the buyer and the seller is a not so easy task for those without experience. It is only the better performing RE agents whom are able to navigate the best posible, suceesful outcomes for the seller as well as the buyer, matching the needs and interests of both party's, in doing so with integraty & the professionalism needed. Fingal Head Specialist Gets the Job Done

Our Beach Shack
