Very professional, very friendly

It was a pleasure working with Phil to sell my property, nothing was too much trouble and he had great ideas to present the property to each of the prospective buyers. He was always very responsive to my calls and kept me well informed after each opening. Once he had a buyer he was tenacious and kept chasing him down and responding to all of his concerns, no matter how small. He made the buyer as comfortable as the seller, which is why the sale closed and with a great settlement time that worked for both parties. Thanks Phil
