His ‘open door’ policy means he’s readily available and open to your requests. And the rest of the Re-define Real Estate Team have also adopted this attitude. It means when you get a call back and the staff actually care about you, they’re modelling Phil. Phil is ultimately responsible for the processes and systems that make managing your property simple. But he’s also ridiculously modest. If you told him this, he’d deny it and say his team do all the work. But he’s versatile, strategic and can negotiate like no other. Honest to the bone, you can rely on Phil to tell you the truth. He’s incredibly dedicated to make your renting, buying, selling or leasing experience as pain free as possible.
