Philip did a very good job with the sale of my Southbank apartment. From the beginning, he was professional, straightforward and always kept me well informed throughout the process. The market conditions were challenging and the campaign required some adjustments along the way, but Philip had a strong understanding of the market and gave me clear, realistic advice at each stage. I appreciated that he was honest about buyer feedback, remained calm throughout the process and handled the negotiations well when serious interest came through. I particularly appreciated the way he managed the final negotiation. When the buyers raised issues following the building inspection, Philip handled the situation professionally, remained firm on the agreed price and kept the transaction moving forward without unnecessary drama. What stood out most was his communication and the way he managed the sale from beginning to end. Even when we had to reposition the property, I always felt that the decisions were based on the market and on achieving the best possible outcome in the circumstances. I was happy with how the sale was ultimately handled and with the professionalism shown throughout.
