Buying on Bribie
I was very happy with Karl from Remax he listened to my needs and found me the perfect property almost immediately. I am now well settled in that property and love it. If I was looking to buy another property in the area I would go straight back to Karl. It is hard to trust a complete stranger, particularly when you are making such a huge investment, but Karl was patient and helpful.

Great Agent

Professionalism, an exemplary example

Reliable and Friendly Agent
Thanks Karl for your professionalism and help relating to the purchase of this property. I would certainly recommend Karl for any property dealings. We visited quite a few open homes when we were looking for an investment property on Bribie Island and Karl is the only Agent that contacted us after a viewing so if I had a property to sell he would be our choice. As we were interstate buyers he was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions that we had - even when he was on holidays! Awesome Agent!
After "interviewing" 7 agents, we chose Karl. We were pretty sure well beforehand that he was going to be "the one" but we wanted to see what the others were like (out of curiosity) and because we wanted to "do our homework" properly beforehand. That's the sort of people we are. It was a very interesting process to say the least! The main things we liked about Karl, and not in any particular order, is that he looked very professional - always came immaculately groomed. We think first presentations are so important! He is an excellent communicator, always provided feedback, always called us back if we rang him and he was on, say, another call. That was important for us as so many of the other agents, when we were looking around to buy, did not call us back re our property enquiry for maybe 2 or more days. The other thing we like about Karl is that he is a really nice guy. You can tell that he has a conscience and the fact that he lives on the island too is good. He knows the island well and if he was in any way not prepared to do the right thing by the people here, he wouldn't live here! He is also devoted to his family, you can tell that just talking to him. We also liked how he helped us to arrive at our sale price. He had good advice but wasn't forceful. We honestly had no idea of what to list for because our property was quite unusual. But Karl achieved a super price for us and we were very pleased. We had 2 incredibly low appraisals by 3 others and Karl said straight up "no that's way too low". He was spot on and if we had sold with the others, we would have said goodbye to $35,000 straight up on list price alone, not to mention buyers would have offered less than that. That is an ENORMOUS amount of money, better off in our pocket! And we sold in 5 days, so Karl had the right figures when helping us to decide our list price.This all ads up to the professionalism I mentioned first. So .... just CALL him!! 😄
