Excellence by George!
George Hayes-Walsh has completed two house purchases and a sale for us on Bribie Island. The factor that differentiates him in a very competitive market is customer service. Were you aware that in a somewhat commoditised activity circa three quarters of winning the business comes as a result of Value Added Service beyond the core activity? Anyone could process paperwork? However it is the additional going beyond that gets the deal, both for the buyer and the seller. Whenever we have asked any of our hundred questions during the process, George has never taken more than same day to get the answer to us. Whilst I advocate a more assertive selling style, George’s approach wins for all parties no doubt more than the rest in this market. An example is establishing excellent liaison between buyer and seller which saves so much time and hassle. He goes the extra mile and is a role model in communication. We recommend him to all.

Honest Professional Reliable
We sold our house with George at Bearberry St Banksia Beach. George kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Nothing was a problem for him. We got a fantastic price for our home. We were very happy with the outcome. There was not one hiccup with the process of putting our house up for sale down to the selling of our house. George made it a very smooth process. Karl - An Excellent Choice
