Jan was VERY understanding and went the extra mile to assist me to sell my property due to illness & Strata People punishment due to inability to pay all my fees on time & therefore the Strata had engaged their lawyers to further penalise me severely for delay of my payments! Therefore due to this additional stress I felt the only way out was to sell the property. Jan was very compassionate and assisted me by 'wearing up front expenses' Therefore she deserved the opportunity to sell the property and she was reimbursed at the end Therefore she wasn't left 'out of pocket' Because of her offers & understanding us why I went through Jan for the sale instead of other agents!
