Working with Liza on my purchase has been an incredibly simple and stress free experience. She spent 45 minutes with me on my first inspection, telling me a lot about the home and giving me advice about improvements I could do to add value in the future. She kept in contact throughout the whole process (even thiugh she was technically out of action due to a fall which required surgery and rest). She even went above and beyond and assisted with meeting me at the property to move a sofa and provide me keys to Energex could come and inspect the property prior to installing the power. I was so grateful for her help and know most agents wouldn't have gone the extra mile. Liza is a bundle of joy and is so very easy to get along with and truely makes the experience so much easier. Jan has been a huge help to my father with many properties over the years.
