I highly recommend Liza. We were referred by a friend who bought her property when Liza was the agent and was so impressed with her communication skills, she sold her property using Liza a couple of years later. This was the first property we've sold and Liza took us through the process, explaining everything along the way and keeping our spirits up through a crashed contract (due to the buyer's finance). Liza worked incredibly hard to negotiate to achieve the price we had in mind and it didn't matter what time or day it was, she was available to keep the process flowing. She has so much knowledge of the industry and knows the strategies to get the most people interested in a property. We had something like 16 groups of people through on the first weekend and multiple offers on both occasions. Liza is genuine, hard-working and her communication skills are second to none.
