The knowledge that they have is up-to-date honest and they go out of their way to make sure that they receive the best outcome possible for the seller and the buyer they take the time to get to know the buyer and go above and beyond to make it happen and get the desired outcome, they have become good friends and I would have not a problem using him again in the future
