Just go Caple. Its not worth losing money making the mistake we almost did. We initial chose to use an agent that was not local but through a connection. This turned out to be a huge mistake and almost cost us an absolute fortune. They didn't know the area and certainly didn't specialise in it. They initiall tried to convince us that an offer we received was "drug money". i.e. more than we could ever have hoped. We initially thought great. Lets go. Then we encountered an issue with the maintenance of the house which was the agents fault. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed everyone else and dropped us as a client. I am not sure why this happened. Either they are bad at their job or can't be bothered putting in a modicum of effort. Fast forward to engaging the Caple family. We have just settled for $60,000 more than we were previous told was more than we could ever get. So don't make a $60k mistake. Just use these guys.
