Received a cold call from Ben middle 2021 asking if I wanted my house appraised. Why not, I wasn't thinking of selling until May 2022 though, unless he came up a the magic number :) Ben must have taken that as a challenge, because out of the blue in January 2022, Ben called and said I think you might be happy. Anyway long story short, the service I received from Ben was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, "real" and professional. His communication was always on point and when he said he would get back to me, he always did. Honestly, we can't fault Ben's service. He loves his job, he loves the challenge, and continues to push himself, which we believe makes him stand out over others. He is not afraid of the hard work! We believe he has both the buyers and sellers best interest in mind at all times. Would definitely highly recommend Ben.

My agent was courteous and honest He always phoned back or emailed me in a timely manner His knowledge of the variable current market in my suburb was spot on His viewing and appraisal was done as planned and emailed back to me exactly as advised with the breakdown of selling costs and commissions with total costs included for successful sale. My agent went above and beyond what was expected to sell and arrange final inspection I would definitely use this agent again when selling a property.
