Received a cold call from Ben middle 2021 asking if I wanted my house appraised. Why not, I wasn't thinking of selling until May 2022 though, unless he came up a the magic number :) Ben must have taken that as a challenge, because out of the blue in January 2022, Ben called and said I think you might be happy. Anyway long story short, the service I received from Ben was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, "real" and professional.
