Kathy explained to me all about the marketing and expenses at the beginning so I had no surprises. I had a empty townhouse and now lived almost 2 hours away , she kept me up to date with every inspection ,even went out of her way to place some little nick-nacks to make it look more homely for me. Kathy would always return my phone calls and answered any questions that I had , I never found Kathy pushy like some other real estate agents. I would totally recommend Kathy to sell any property .

Right from our first meeting with Dave and his associate Emma (who by the way was absolutely fantastic all the way through) it was evident he was a true salesman, We were not quite sure if we were ready to sell but he sold us on it and the contract was signed. We were not pushed into signing we were sold due to his knowledge of the market and our area. Having the awards he and his team have received helped as well I guess. I have to say they are not the cheapest realtors in town but I always say.... most times you get what you pay for and in the case of the Neilson Team they came through bringing us two offers in the first week and sold within two!
