We initially chose Luke Bantoft at Ray White Cairns, from his online reviews. There was alternative agents we interviewed, all good, but he definitely stood out. His follow ups and comms were perfect, his managing of expectations was spot on. Although his remit was to maximise the sale value for the seller, he didn't talk up the buyer to unrealistic pricing. We sold above what we expected and the property has subsequently gone up in value for the buyer. Everyone was a winner! Great job mate, you are building a client list that will be clients for life, on both the buyer and the seller side. Luke also had 10 properties on the go when we listed, he made us feel like we were the only client he had.

He was upfront with what he believed was a realistic price but was prepared and did follow our instructions. We were happy with the sale and have no regrets.

Sales process was okay, but whole package very disappointing and unprofessional. Would never recommend. We had to make numerous calls to receive the balance of the deposit funds and outstanding rents. Two weeks after settlement funds were still outstanding. Think twice before using Ray White Cairns.
