We have dealt with a number of real-estate agents over the years, both buying and selling property. While I hold some in high regard (and some are useless) non can hold a candle to Nicole. Her drive and follow through and ability to solve problems on the go are second to none. She got an offer which was above our expectations, in a time frame that was above our expectations, and then followed through to a success settlement. Even though this meant somehow getting a tiler to attend our property to replace a tile that had broken as the ex tenant the moved out. (we struggled to find a tiler that would come in 3 months let alone next day). Nicole's knowledge, attitude, connections and drive make her second to none in my experience. Highly recommended.
