Cathy Ratcliffe has not only been a wonderful real estate agent but also became our friend. Our house took several months to sell but Cathy was always an encouragement and kept in contact with us. Cathy Ratcliffe was like a breath of fresh air to work with when selling my home. I had accepted a good offer on my house in 7 hours of the house being listed. Cathy made the sale work. I was travelling in Europe and no obstacle that needed doing was too hard. Wow those time zones must have driven her crazy. Organising tradies and paperwork and ongoing inspections to get the sale through. It was like having a personal assistant at home to sort my affairs. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.Trustworthy, honest, available and incredibly helpful to ensure the deal was done. I believe the sale would not have been as smooth without her assistance. Im a country girl living in a big place yet felt like I had a village of friends around me helping. Do yourself a favour.
