Ray was able to sell my unit that had previously been with another agent for the last three years. Other agents estimated a price $15K what we sold for and told us that was all they would expect to sell the property for. We had three offers during the sale process whereas previously, we only had one offer during the three years when the property was for sale with a different agent. Ray was proactive and suggested many strategies but at the end of the day, it was our decision and Ray didn't try to force any particular strategy upon us. His communications throughout the sale process was excellent and was pleasant to deal with. I have already recommended Ray to another owner who is selling their unit and have no hesitations in recommending Ray to others as well. The right agent definitely makes a difference.

I bought the property last year in August and I ask RAY for condition report of the property, he was telling me different story before settlement and did not provide me with that report. After settlement when the tenants move in he send me letters with few different things to fix. I told him that it is his responsibility as a agent to tell me what is the problem before settlement. I did not want to loss the tenants and I fixed that problem which cost me nearly $1000. I complain to the solicitors which was recommended to me by Ray and she did not done anything, I went to see her in her office before I come back to Sunshine Coast she told me she will talk to Ray and call me back , and from August last year till today she never call me back. This is warning to other buyers not to trust Ray Murphy and make sure you got all documents before settlements.
