Great agent! Reliable! Trustworthy!

17th July 2017 6 Redarc St, Fairfield Selling my home of 35 years was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made in my life. I have never had to sell a home before and the previous real estate agent who had our listing prior to Irene left a very bad taste in our mouth. We needed someone to sell our house who knew the Real Estate market and who could guide and support us in the decision making process for my Husband and I and then along came Irena. When I first met Irena Jansa I was a person who did not hold Real Estate agents in high regard, especially after our previous dealing with an agent who treated us like just another “number” and just wanted the sale. I was not in a good head space so Irena was met with a wall that I had built around me. As you can imagine my guard was up and I did not want to let another “typical” real estate agent in at all. It did not take too long for me to feel her absolute professionalism and true warmth as a person shine through, and my guard was let down. Irena kept me in the loop on a regular basis while our home was being sold. We faced ups and we faced downs like everybody else in the position of selling a home. Through all of this, Irena managed to keep me looking ahead and kept me positive. I would 100% recommend Irena to any person I know who is in the market wanting to sell. She does not make this process scary or intimidating like my previous experience. We were so fortunate to have someone who was trust worthy and someone who had our best interest at heart. Irena, you exceed our expectations, your communication was next to none and your dedication and personalised service at this stressful and difficult time was more than what we could have asked for.
