We chose Kath based on our experiences as a buyer. We had been to some of her open homes and appreciated her transparency and realistic approach and wanted an ethical agent that made it an above board experience for both buyers and sellers. As a seller, she went over our property and provided us with small improvements to maximise selling capacity. Kath also asisted with styling and made some beautiful touches to the property to really make it stand out for photos and open homes. Kath always uses a professional photographer and it really makes so much difference. Kath was also able to hit the ground running and meet our sell schedule (as soon as possible). We also appreciated Kath's professionalism and realistic boundary setting from to start and didn't try to oversell or make empty promises like alot of agents in the industry. In the end Kath delivered everything she had promised and well and truly went above and beyond to support us and buyers by contacting each person who went through the open home and working in an open manner with each offer. Kath delivered a very surprising result well above what we were expecting. Would highly recommend Kath and would chose her again if we were remaining in the state!

As a rule, I tend to place real estate agents in the same category as used car salespeople. Kath, however, is the exception: she is helpful, but not obsequious and knows how to balance giving space with being present when needed. Kath was authentically authentic, and acted with integrity. I first met Kath when she was selling another house in the street. I had a bad experience with another agent, and I asked her to help me to organise my house so it could be sold. She was always very kind, worked very hard and we had a very nice time. Sold for good price and all while I had moved many kilometres away from Moorooka. I would love to recommend her.
