Accommodating and Helpful Agency during a City to Country Relocation
Chloe and Willow along with the office team have been quite helpful and accommodating during a stressful time trying to secure a property to move from the big smoke. A digital inspection was promptly organise and all email/phone queries answered efficiently. I can't thank the team enough for reducing the stress/anxiety that can come with such a long move.

What a great organisation
Professional and capable. All the people who worked with us were great. They certainly helped us in finding great people to rent to. Attention to detail

Rental Investment
Dave Skow was recommended to me as a rental agent from Wagga friends. We were extremely disappointed in the long delay in renting our property 2/37 Lindsay Street and the fact that is was originally listed at $485 on 30/3/21 after being professionally cleaned but eventually leased for only $400 per week There was no delay on our part have the villa prepared for rent. From $485, the rent was then reduced to $450 then $440 to $420 on 27/4 then finally $400 on 31/5/21. It didn't reassure us that your RE business was aware of the current Wagga rental market values and as a result of that we have lost weeks of potential rental income, all the while hearing that the demand for rentals in Wagga was extremely high and also that we were moving further away from a high demand rental season as each week the villa sat empty. While we appreciated Remax organizing the professional cleaning of the vacant villa, we did expect a more detailed professional tax invoice/statement from the cleaning company, e.g. the number of hours it took to clean and the hourly rate. We think this example of continually reducing the rent over weeks, does not set a professional standard as obviously the rent was far too high in the first instance. Lets hope we have a better business relationship going forward as so far the cost to us preparing this lovely villa and the delay in renting it, has obviously been a lot more than the rental return.
