Communication with the office was not always clear but, thanks to Monique's efforts, we got there in the end. Now in an ideal property offering great facilities and just what we wanted. Agencies like everything to be done online and by third parties but going into the office enabled us to get a great outcome.

Indiana was very helpful and prompt with our queries. She even managed to squeeze us for a personal viewing of the property even though it was last minute prior to approval. Briana is our property manager and so far all concerns raised has been dealt with quickly. Lastly the property me app is very useful to manage our rent payment and other issues.
