She maintained consistent communication throughout the negotiating and settlement phase beyond what we have experienced before. We felt wholly comfortable in what is usually a nervous process as Gill took on a genuine support for both us as the buyer and for the sellers themselves. She is by far the best agent we have experienced, and are happy to have her sell our own home now given her abilities.

This was my first time buying a property the process was a bit intimidating but with Gill’s assistance it was a lot less stressful. She always made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on in each part of the process and was consistent in offering her assistance whenever I needed.
