Hello I have found RE/MAX Extreme to be very efficient and courteous in managing our property. They are prompt with feedback and always keep me in the loop in regards to any issue regarding the property. They know the area and are able to make current suggestions in regards to tenants and rents in this moving market.

I am very satisfied with the property management service provided by Remax. They are always prompt and courteous when following up on any issues we may be having. They work hard if we need to find new tenants and are very thorough in their vetting processes. They always update us on any maintenance issues that need addressing and provide quotes for any work that is needed. We had a nightmare tenant at one stage and our property manager could not have done more trying to sort out the mess during the very difficult environment of Covid rules and restrictions. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the job that was done by Remax and our property manager in particular.

My agent, Shan McGovern has been absolutely outstanding! Shan is very efficient, she will always complete the tasks she says she is going to. Shan will and has always gone that extra mile to satisfy her clients. Shan is very knowledgeable, she thoroughly knows process, systems and because of this is able to provide an excellent service offering up to date information. Shan is always polite, no matter how busy, she is professional but also very approachable. My positive view and experience of working in partnership with Shan, prompted me to encourage my partner to have Shan as his agent once his property was on the market for renting. My partner followed my advice and has not been disappointed! I would highly recommend Shan to friends and family. Shan is reliable and passionate about her work. Thanks Shan :)

After reviewing so many different teams, I could clearly see how convincing she was in her professionalism and commitment towards her work, to the extent I felt almost certain that my property would be safe with Remax.
