I have three properties managed by Julie at ReMax for the past 3-4 years. I have never had a house without a tenant for more than 4 weeks even during high rental vacancy periods in Perth. I have never had a problem with any tenant that ReMax recommended. Maintenance has been very easy for me as Julie will have a quote and work carried out very quickly. E.G two days for a broken water heater. One week for less important wear and tear items. Quotes have always been fair. I have always been given the choice to take the quote or not. Dealing with the lease renewal was easy on our end. John works away so doesn't always have access to the internet amd can't always meet in the office. Having the option of signing papers online made things a whole lot easier for us. So grateful for that.

The best rental agency I've ever had experience with by far! Great communication. Consistent with using the same agent for all my needs throughout the years I've been in my rental.
