Julie has been great at managing maintennance on all three of my properties. Items are always fixed quickly with notice of quotes coming through for approval and completion emails after work is complete. I have always had tenants taking up vacant houses within 1-6 weeks in a tough market. Julie has given good advice on tenant personalities ,suburban competition regarding vacancies and weekly rents.
