Phil got a great offer for our property(which we accepted of course) only 1 day after we sign up with him, which was well before we expected our property to go on the market and also savings us marketing costs and staging costs which was of added value for us. Compared to another agent we previously used for another property, Phil exceeded our expectation in every aspect. He was great with communication, which was key for us. He was always very easy to reach whenever we needed even when he was busy. He was very proactive and hence the offer. Rather than waiting for the buyer to come to him, Phil contacted them to let them know of our property. This to us is a skill no many agents have. Phil also offered valuable input regarding the presentation of the house. Phil had access various trade people easily even during these busy periods. The trade people he recommended were great to deal with and there work were faultless. Our advice to prospective sellers would be make sure that your house is very well presented so that Phil can then achieve the best outcome which is exactly what we did!!! Thanks again Phil.

Thought-out the whole sale of our property Phil was always there to provide updates/ any information as we required. He is friendly, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable of the Alkimos/ Butler area in particular. Phil had our property under offer within 5 days of being on the market and sold our property for the price we were wanting. The whole experience was one we were impressed by and I would highly recommend Phil as an agent ! He is fabulous at his job , we couldn't fault him.

From the start Demo gave us the confidence that our property was going to be marketed to its utmost advantage. The drone , video and photos were above our expectations and certainly made people want to view our property and attracted serious buyers . We sold within 3 weeks and at a price above our lowest that was listed . It took a while for the buyers bank to get everything through but at each step Demo kept us informed and even contacted us intermittently to say although nothing was happening the processes were being completed " behind the scenes " . He answered any questions we had and helped us to sort through things that weren't what a real estate agent needed to do . If he was not available Gareth was always there to deal with things and he is as passionate about helping clients as Demo is. We would highly recommend Demo to anyone who is thinking of selling , buying , renting or needing an appraisal.

Phil is a lifesaver and the epitome of a true real estate agent who looks after you and loves his job. Not only did Phil help us sell our home, but also found our new dream home. After looking everywhere myself and becoming extremely exhausted and jaded trying to secure something in such a hot market, I again reached out to Phil who was able to find us something in an hour! Phil was actually at the home appraising it and we drove around soon after and met the owner who was an absolute pleasure and wonderful person, it was a great experience. It was at night by this stage and I would have completely understood if Phil wanted to go home, have dinner after a long day and sort it out the following day but he worked tirelessly with the negotiation into the evening and we ended up agreeing to a deal later that night and it was sold to us off market. Having sold my home through Phil, this kind of hardworking client focused outcome was no surprise. Phil and his whole team are just A-graders and if I ever run into Phil in the future it will be like meeting an old friend, thats the kind of rapport you can expect when you either buy or sell with him.
