Finding a good Real Estate agent is as stressful as finding a good Dentist. You have no idea how to do their job so you need to put full trust in everything they do! I haven't found a good dentist yet but I have found an amazing real estate agent in Paul.... The process was smooth and painless. We sold out house at the very first home open and we sold for more than we had expected. The little fixes and advice Paul provided including the amazing photographer he recommended all made this process and exciting and very successful venture. My partner and myself are happy about the service provided from Demo and his team. The service provided from Demo was fantastic considering how busy the market is at the moment. The whole process with Demo for our first home was great, being first home buyers there was certain things we weren’t too familiar with and one thing I did appreciate was he spoke to us in a professional manner. Upon entering the property we were greeted with a brochure and some additional information from Phil regarding the various amenities. After the initial introduction we were left to peruse the property at our leisure. Having submitted an expression of interest not long after leaving the viewing, Phil contacted me the same day so we could arrange to continue with a more formal offer to the seller. (Which he took back to the seller later that same day) This resulted in Phil announcing the sellers acceptance later that evening which was an extremely welcome surprise, I had never imagined it could be or would be this seamless. Couldn't be happier so far!

I met a few agents to do appraisals to sell our home, but as soon as I met Phil I knew he was the right guy straight away. Youve got good real estate agents, then you've got Phil who is a massive class above. We met Phil 3 months before our home went to market. Phil was awesome at giving us ideas on home improvements, what to focus on without over capitalising. Phil is a man of contacts and every trade he recommended were of a great price and some of the cleanest tradies around. Phil has a great support team behind him including the hard working Josh who seems to connect the dots behind the scenes seamlessly. The thing that seperates Phil and Josh from the rest of the competition is they genuinely care for their clients. Like every real estate agent or anyone in life, they need to make a living but its more than that to them. Its the care, attention to detail and a great cheerful personality that the average joe can relate to. They are relentless, hard working and always get back to you quickly. You can tell they both love their job and that they are 100% client focused. Integrity, honesty and results- focused are the key words that come to mind straight away. Phil followed up after every home open and gave great feedback, and Josh gave us weekly updates as well. No wonder Phil and the PW team have won coveted reiwa agent awards.
