I bought my first house through Reamax and I had the best experience with them. They knew this was my first home and Kathy and her team helped me through the process from the purchase, answering all my questions, notifying me of upcoming requirements during settlement all the through to receiving my keys. I couldn't thank them enough to make my first home experience and easy one. Thanks Kathy and Team

Phil is an incredible real estate agent and managed to sell our property before it was even listed using his database of existing buyers! He is extremely on the ball, very approachable and knowledgeable of the Butler area. Without a doubt he was our first and only choice that we made to sell the property. Phil went above and beyond to communicate with us and the buyer. He was always informative and professional throughout the entire experience. Thank you again for everything achieved in our sale.

Both Demo and Gareth were both very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date every step of the way and achieved the sale of our house for a very good price with minimal fuss. We would highly recommend team Demo.

Our experience with Shaun selling our place in Butler was the best. He has great knowledge of the houses in the area, the demographic and history. Our house went on the market on a Thursday and we were signing papers for an offer on the Friday! No messing around, Shaun was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and was accommodating to both of us working full time.

I originally requested a valuation as I was thinking about selling and Kathy started working on it straight away. I then received an outline on the market, my home and basically the information she provided me with gave me the confidence to sell. It was very thorough and easy to understand. The whole process has been so easy and as such wouldn't hesitate recommending them to everyone.

Our experience with Demo has been absolutely fantastic. My husband and I were looking for a house and couldn’t even get to a home open during this super competitive market. Demo contacted us at the right time knowing what we were after, and showed us the perfect family home of our dreams. We are now so happy to own our dream property. Demo has always been professional, he is very knowledgeable and he is refreshingly honest. He really cares for all his clients, buyers or sellers. Demo keeps in touch and goes above and beyond for his client. My husband and I strongly and confidently recommend Demo, Gareth and Lynda to any seller / buyer to trust with your assets and decisions.
