I don’t often write reviews and and not easily impressed but in truth Kathy Moore in Brett’s team really did go above and beyond. Selling our property in Perth while located in Adelaide was so easy especially during lock down. Kathy arranged for our furniture to be sold and the rest moved to Adelaide, she essentially did everything I would have done had I been near by. She thought of everything that needed to be done and had it all done in good time. Not only that, she managed to sell our property at a price that we hoped for despite the change in the property market. She was friendly and extremely helpful whenever asked. Importantly she was honestly and did her best to meet the not only our best interests but also those of the buyer. She was recommended to me by word of mouth and I’m so glad we followed the advice. Kathy is an exceptional real estate agent whom I would highly recommend for both buyers and sellers.

Phil was very knowledgeable, particularly about the local area, he knew how to best display and market the house to achieve a successful sale, including adapting to providing an innovated online video inspection of the house when COVID hit and a few other ideas were put into practice to help the sale. Phil and Josh looked after the house well during the sale process, which we appreciated, and were very easy to communicate with and always approachable.
