This is the second time we have used Phil as our sales agent. Phil has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate business but more importantly he has knowledge of and contacts with other providers that help complete and support the sale and purchase process. In this regard Phil is first class.

Phil was very professional he had a lot of knowledge about the property we purchased and made us feel like no question was a silly one. He was very responsive and replies quickly, he has a wonderful character and is great with kids (as we all know kids and house hunting can be hard) we met other agents while on house hunt whom made us feel less, Phil made us feel his top priority even on his holiday he checked in on how we where going couldn’t ask for a better agent we will definitely be going through Phil and team every time!

Phil was awesome in all the dealings i had with him, even though he was not my agent selling my property he was the agent selling the house i was buying. Phil kept me informed at all times even though he didn't have to . I would recommend Phil to anyone

Kathy from Brett White ReMax has recently sold two houses for us. Her professionalism and service is second to none. She went above and beyond in all our dealings with her. We were guided through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. She was spot-on with her valuations and we achieved the price we wanted in a very short time. Her constant communication with us was very much appreciated. In fact the communication from the whole team was incredibly prompt and clear. The photos, video and marketing were amazing and we would highly recommend anyone considering selling or buying to contact the team first to make your whole experience enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team. Kathy and Tony

We were extremely happy with the service Demo provided. Our home was unique and we were worried about finding an agent that would sell it. Demo made us feel confident that he could do the job. That is why he is No 1. Thank you Demo for helping us make our move to Queensland easier.

Phil was a great help when it came to my partner and I buying our first home. I told Phil exactly what we were looking for and he found it for us, it’s a simple as that! The first home Phil found for us was perfect and exactly what we wanted and more and within our price range. Through the whole purchase process he was very informative, helpful and made buying our first home such an exciting and easy experience and always with a big happy positive smile on his face! Thank you Phil 😊

We are very happy with the service we received from Kathy Moore. She was in constant communication with us and we always knew what stage of the process we were at. She would go out of her way to make things easy for us with our 2 young children, and even got had the lawns mowed at the property before the final inspection free of charge. She was able to explain all their products and services very clearly and the whole process has been very smooth sailing.

We have been very impressed with our experience with Brett White and his team. From the outset they have been honest and easy to deal with throughout our entire buying experience. We had a complicated situation with settlement and they did everything in their power to help us move into our first home on time! We would highly recommend Brett White and his team to sell or buy your house!

Demo and Gareth were always approachable and very professional and always replied back to any queries in a very efficient manner. We had a small issue at final inspection which Demo also agreed to have fixed as a goodwill gesture. Would definitely sell my house with Demo after buying and seeing the way he works for all parties to get the deal done.

Brett and his team have been absolutely amazing in every aspect, from our initial contact a couple of years ago, then leasing and selling our property in Alkimos. As we are located in Sydney, we had a lot of questions and he gave us sound advice. The team has managed everything remotely and gone above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to recommend Brett to anyone who is considering leasing or selling their property. Thank you so much to Brett and his wonderful team for all of your help and guidance, we are very grateful.
