Having bought and sold many many times over the years, this is the worst purchase transaction ever. Agent was non responsive and uncooperative throughout the whole dealings. Difficult to arrange a viewing of the home before making an offer. Pressure to sign off at pre/settlement Even after knowing full well the special conditions hadn’t been met. Tried to tell me the ceiling was fixed even though the massive hole and crack was still there. Obviously hoping I was too “blond” to notice it. Tried to relay messages to the seller for items of interest to purchase with no assistance what so ever. When property settled not even a call from the agent to offer congratulations on the settlement but happy to take his commission and run.

Demo takes the stress out of conveyancing. No question is too stupid, he is attentive and cheerful always and it is a joy to find someone who clearly likes what he does. He has an extensive knowledge of the process, but more importantly is willing to give an opinion based on common sense about grey areas that may arise. I contacted Paul even though my property was out of his usual catchment. The reason for this was his experience of selling nearly new builds which my property was, but in an established suburb. I advised him that the property was unusual for the market and he rose to the challenge. He advised me of market value as no real comparison available and marketed to the particular buyers it would work for. He soon gauged how real the buyers were and contacted me with serious offers/requests. I found Paul's manner very easy going, great to work with and happy to help out and guide. I would definitely recommend him both professionally and personally and will use his services again in the future.

Phil and Josh were outstanding from the get go. They couldn’t have done more to assist with the smooth transaction of purchasing of my home. Their knowledge of the neighbourhood was outstanding. These two guys are hands on, getting down and dirty to operate the reticulation, pulling out ladders from their car at final inspection and ensuring everything was in good working order. They truely made the whole process of buying my home very easy, I just wish I used them when I sold my old house!
