I was very nervous about putting my house on the market given the World wide pandemic and genral sentiment. The decision to sell was a last minute idea as I was leaning towards renting the house out because of all the negatie sentiment. None the less, I contacted Paul and he and I saw eye to eye from day 1. He went ahead to list the house after getting the most beautiful photos taken by a phtographer they use. Those first impression when looking for a house online would defintely have helped us. The house was listed late Thursday night and Paul had 3 private viewings the Friday afternoon and again the Saturday, well before the official home open on the Sunday. The home open on the Sunday attracted a large number of viewers despite the massive storms that hit Perth. Monday Paul had offeres for us to sign off on. It was a massive relief to have sold the house so quickly and I could not have been any happier with the massive contribution and honesty that Paul potrayed. Communication lines were open at all times and i was informed of all the moves continously. Phil has been so professional, heart warming, and went to all out lengths to make my sale of my property happen. Phil is about people first and not the dollar.
