Demo is fantastic, as are his team working behind the scenes. He is friendly, knowledgable, professional, obliging and a very personable man. Nothing was or is too much trouble. We would recommend Demo to anyone selling or buying a property.

Phil, Josh and Team have all been incredible! I really couldn't ask for more from a agent. They always went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly and as easily as possible, never failed to help when in need, and gave some great advice. I would highly recommend Phil and his Team to anyone, they are a complete pleasure to work with.

Phil understood immediately the type of person I was straight to the point and fast moving, we did not meet and basically the full purchase of the property was completed by e-mail. He made what could be a hard process very simple, in the end when we met for a final inspection gave us an opportunity to talk face to face, he was very knowledgeable and as an investor the information he passed on has opened up the opportunity to invest more in and around the same area.

Demo had a very good knowledge of the area and was very easy to deal with. Very enjoyable to work with him in purchasing my property

Having bought and sold many many times over the years, this is the worst purchase transaction ever. Agent was non responsive and uncooperative throughout the whole dealings. Difficult to arrange a viewing of the home before making an offer. Pressure to sign off at pre/settlement Even after knowing full well the special conditions hadn’t been met. Tried to tell me the ceiling was fixed even though the massive hole and crack was still there. Obviously hoping I was too “blond” to notice it. Tried to relay messages to the seller for items of interest to purchase with no assistance what so ever. When property settled not even a call from the agent to offer congratulations on the settlement but happy to take his commission and run.

Demo’s professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge made for a positive sales experience. He ensured all bases were covered & provided continual feedback and follow up - even after formal dealings were completed. Demo is open and honest and it was a pleasure to have him representing us in our sale!

We have found Demo to be very professional, helpful and honest. He was realistic yet optimistic from the start. My wife and I were kept informed throughout the whole process and Demo was always available if we needed to contact him for anything. Our house was sold very quickly despite the tough market and that is all due to Demo's expertise. We appreciate everything he did for us and can't recommend him enough to anyone selling their house.

Engaging Phil Wiltshire to sell my property was a fantastic experience from initial inspection through to the final sale. Phil's knowledge of the local market provided comfort in the marketing strategy we undertook, the listing price and adjustments along the way. Phil and his team went above and beyond throughout the the process, from providing regular updates to assisting with ensuring the house was in the best position to sell, organizing contractors and even rolling up their sleeves themselves. As an interstate seller I found comfort from Phil's attention to detail, he really looked after my house and made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you!

Demo takes the stress out of conveyancing. No question is too stupid, he is attentive and cheerful always and it is a joy to find someone who clearly likes what he does. He has an extensive knowledge of the process, but more importantly is willing to give an opinion based on common sense about grey areas that may arise. Very reassuring, cannot recommend his services more highly.
