Well it’s all true. Hearing and reading about about Demo I thought.. “this guy sounds too good to be true!” How on earth can so many people say the same positive things!? In a nutshell... Demo is amazing. Hand on my heart I honestly mean that. We had never sold a house before so we were slightly nervous about the adventure ahead. I’m so grateful we had Demo to almost ‘ hold our hand’ so to speak and guide us in such a professional, yet personal way. His knowledge, advice on things to get our property ready, pricing expertise- we took all of this on board which I believe helped attract a wide group of buyers from his extensive data base. In a tough market, we had incredible success and it was down to Demo and his skills. Demo was fantastic in his presentation, communication, professionalism, enthusiasm, positivity... wow!
