From the first contact Phil and Josh at Remax were fantastic. They came and took the time to discuss the area, market, our requirements, what they offered in terms of services and we felt no question was too hard or irrelevant. When it came to presenting our home for the market they were completely hands on and gave us advice that was spot on in relation to the presentation of the house. When the photographer arrived we had a sales team of two meet him and they took the time to set up the house themselves. The attention to detail, marketing strategy plans and follow up was impeccable. Josh was the negotiator for our house sale and we were extremely happy with the result and subsequent service.
