If you need to sell for the best possible price in a tight time frame, you can't afford not to choose Paul Walsh as your agent. Paul is closely in touch with how the market is performing and will take the time to understand your needs and expectations. He is realistic about what he can offer and backs it up with current sales data. He knows how to make your property stand out, and is an intelligent negotiator who I believe can achieve the highest possible sale price. When we suddenly needed to move interstate, there were 80-odd properties for sale at the same time, in the same suburb. Despite the competition, Paul was able to sell our house for the price we needed, within 3 weeks of going on the market.
