It was our first time selling a property in WA, and would have been quite daunting if not for Phil's great knowledge, advice and experience in assisting us. We got ourselves into a difficult situation, and PHIL went out of his way to guide us, making extra phone calls and contacting the relevant people on our behalf. He made the whole process smooth and efficient, advising us and giving us choices every step of the way. He was never pushy, a quality that we really appreciated, and went along our journey with us, in our own time. We would certainly recommend PHIL and would have no hesitation in employing his services again. Thank you PHIL!

Shaun made the process of purchase incredibly easy and comfortable. He was able to explain every step required along the journey and put us at ease. His knowledge of the suburb and its surrounds and friendliness made buying this property a pleasant experience. There was no hard sell or pressure which comes from a solid understanding of the product for sale and matching that to the customers needs. Would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area. Thanks!

This is the second home that Phil Wiltshire has sold for us and on both occasions he has done more than we expected. Both homes were sold quickly and the selling price was what we wanted. Over the years we have bought and sold many homes and without doubt Phil has handled our business with complete professionalism. We would recommend Phil to anyone wanting an agent who goes the extra distance.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Phil a number of times and when it came time to sell my property in Butler I knew there would be a no one else I would choose. His track record in getting the best price is outstanding and he certainly delivered. If your selling in the northern suburbs and don't use Phil then you won't get the best result.
