Shaun was a professional with efficient communication through the process and guidance for the first time home buyer. All process was smooth and easy, even with me working fifo and being unavailable quite often and only in Perth for limited time. Overall a very smooth buying process from the first inspection to receiving the keys to now my place. He had good knowledge of the apartment and presented it well.
