Phil is the most professional real estate agent we have had the pleasure of dealing with in our 45 years of relocating countries and homes. He listens and follows through on his commitments, takes care of the detail and is always available on the phone and in person. His marketing knowledge and skill is second to none. He is supported by a very professional team who provide great support and provide his clients with a regular progress report. We achieved a great sale price due to his market knowledge and skill. If you are thinking of selling we would highly recommend consulting Phil and his team. THANKS PHIL FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

From the moment we met with Phil, we knew that we'd made the absolute best choice of buyer's agent. He very quickly understood exactly what was important to us, and we always felt that he had our best interests at heart. Phil is clearly passionate about his work and loves helping people, which when combined with his extensive market knowledge and transparent communication, amounts to a consummate real estate professional. He is very open, honest, and operates with integrity to help his clients achieve the best possible outcomes. We couldn't recommend Phil and his team highly enough. We're so incredibly happy with our new home, and are very grateful for Phil's engagement and support in helping us achieve our next property goals.

From engagement to sale, Demo was amazing to deal with, from market appraisal to managing every detail of the sale, Demo’s experience, housing market knowledge of Tapping and how to best present my home to the buyers market was exceptional, team Demo made it a seamless experience, the marketing package was next level which meant that with the home being placed on the market and having our first champagne viewing 3 days later, team Demo had a lot of interest in the house and we had an offer that we couldn’t refuse on the table the very next morning. Without Demo and his team involved we would have never seen the price that we achieved, a new record for Tapping and myself and my partner could not be happier with the professional service that we received, Demo is just an exceptional real estate agent and I highly recommend Team Demo if you want the best price and the best service, can not rate highly enough. Thank you Demo, you are a master!

Shaun went above and beyond with the service he provided to my husband and I plus offered great advice throughout the whole selling process. His market knowledge on the local area was exact and showed that he had worked within this industry for a long time. He was polite, professional and friendly. He advised and guided us on what to expect through every part of the sale of our home and constantly kept us up to date with all interactions he had with the buyers and settlement agent. We had a cash buyer and from the date the official offer came in to actually receiving funds from the sale of the house it only took 10 days!! I would highly recommend him.
