Phil is a top tier real estate agent with an abundance of knowledge and skill to handle any requirement from the vendor or buyer. Truly a guy who knows what his doing and most importantly is honest & fair (Cant say the same for majority of agents!). Without bias to him being the agent who got me my successful home purchase he was definitely the best agent in Perth I dealt with which includes 50+ agents! “Brett White and his team, have just sold my house in Currambine for well over my expected price, and very quickly. I was amazed to say the least! Leading his team on my behalf was Kathy Moore.
